Years ago at a Wendy’s, I had a chicken sandwich during my lunch hour. Drove back to work after eating there, and about an hour and a half later(after the other person shift was over and went home), and work by myself at a convenience store, got sick vomiting(dry heaves) through my rest of my shift(5 hours). Including driving home, and stopping on the side of the road. But was really sick from that for 3 days, and another two weeks before I got my strength back.

I ordered a JR bacon cheeseburger biggie bag, with chicken nuggets and French fries. Everything looked fine until I started eating my chicken nuggets. A couple of them were stuck together, I noticed when I pulled them apart that where they touched was white and a little... See More soggy and had less color than the rest of the product. All of the four that came with my meal were affected in this way. 2 were actually stuck together and the other 2 had been touching others during cooking and were loose in my order but had the same lighter areas on them.
It was only about an hour after I ate the food that I started to feel very nauseas and sick. Extreme vomiting and diarrhea with a very sick feeling with chills lasted for about 6 hours after I ate the food. The chills and diarrhea are still happening and it’s been almost 24 hours since I ate the food. I did Not go to the hospital, but am concerned and wanted to report this in someway. I ate by 11:30pm and was asleep by 2am. Woke following morning with back pain on rear part of right ribcage, pain in right groin (I... See More will spare specific location), the urge to use but couldn't use bathroom until latter part of episode (constipation), shortness of breath, lethargy, severe abdominal pain, following these symptoms diarrhea accompanied all still except constipation. Wasn't able to sleep until 7pm following evening in which I did for 12hours. Still shaking from episode and indigestion is present without acute symptoms. I'm in great shape and eat healthier than most I know. This was terrible. The concern for a 1min order ready time didn't hit me till today.
