I ordered a chicken bake for lunch at Costco, a few hours later I started having an upset stomach, diarrhea, fever, headache, the chills & I vomited this morning out of no where. I ordered my usual drink. Drove down the street, tasted it and it taste like milk as if no coffee was in it. I went back, was very respectful and they made me another one. I missed 6 hours from my work day and the time I was at work , I went to the bathroom about 4 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

had diarrhea, bloating, and nausea and a headache. He is better now. It was easy to determine what made us sick because we both ate the same ice cream and nothing else the same. I have had a kidney transplant and pray this sickness doesn't effect it . I bought the ice cream from Food Lion on Randleman Rd. in Greensboro , North Carolina. I purchased the ice cream on Feb. 13th thru Instacart from Food Lion on Randleman Rd. Greensboro, NC . Today I called the store manager to tell him about it. Also told him of others on this site being sickened by the product. He said he would look into it and seemed concerned, but could not remove it from the shelf because there is not a recall for this item.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Loss of Appetite
