had diarrhea, bloating, and nausea and a headache. He is better now. It was easy to determine what made us sick because we both ate the same ice cream and nothing else the same. I have had a kidney transplant and pray this sickness doesn't effect it . I bought the ice cream from Food Lion on Randleman Rd. in Greensboro , North Carolina. I purchased the ice cream on Feb. 13th thru Instacart from Food Lion on Randleman Rd. Greensboro, NC . Today I called the store manager to tell him about it. Also told him of others on this site being sickened by the product. Oh my gosh I also ate the same location Feb 12. I surprisingly did not order in the app that day and went in to order. I’m not sure if I have the receipt still or not. I have to check. I scanned my app for points. I thought it would add the transaction into the account unless this is not true.
