I have a combination of diarrhea and constipation, nausea, lightheadedness, dizziness and a headache. my break at 2:45pm and the last one tasted weird, I thought the outside cheese coating tasted a little off. The rest of the day I felt full. I got off work at 9:00pm and didn’t even want to consider dinner. Started feeling bad and ran a fever at around 11, then slept off and on until now.
