It was a very even temp that was about room temp and that raised a concern with me that it has been sitting at room temp too long. I ate about half of it and I just felt like it wasn’t worth the risk. Stupid that I kept eating it at all, I know. Stomach cramping and diarrhea after about two hours but mild. Symptoms worsened in the morning. My husband and a few bites of the salad, mostly ate my chicken out of it, and he had an onset of diarrhea and stomach cramps this morning an diarrhea for the rest of the day. A few weeks ago my husband and I got sick after eating Lucky Charms. Hours after both of us ate the cereal, my husband was admitted into the hospital with food poisoning. A day later I had to leave his side and head down to the ER to get fluids after hours in his hospital bathroom.
