On Thursday 1/16 I ordered Cava to go. After eating 1/2 of the meal, I went about my nightly routine. Within an hour’s time I was deathly ill. Throwing up repeatedly and then getting diarrhea. That lasted until I was so weak. I felt like I had the flu for 48 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Weakness

I had Texas Roadhouse for lunch to celebrate my birthday and shortly after was extremely sick for three days to the point where I had to call out of work and had to use the bathroom 4-5 times an hour.
