Ordered an Italian Chopped Salad last night. Halfway through eating my salad I found a Nat and immediately returned and was given another salad. I did not consume the second but all last night I had several diarrhea and vomiting. Thankfully no fevers but still feeling nauseous and upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Fever

On Thursday 1/16 I ordered Cava to go. After eating 1/2 of the meal, I went about my nightly routine. Within an hour’s time I was deathly ill. Throwing up repeatedly and then getting diarrhea.
