Approximately an hour after eating, I projectile vomited. About 45 minutes later I had a fever and vomited again. This continued throughout the night until about 5 AM with fever and dry heaving and abdominal pain. I had Mr. Hero yesterday evening for dinner woke up at 3am with severe diarrhea and vomiting it is currently 7:30pm the next day and i am still sick cant hold down water or juice. I had a chicken philly with light veggies the medium size.
