My husband got a delux chicken sandwich and fries around 3:00 pm this afternoon, 1/15/24. Notably, the lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich were of very poor quality. Shortly after eating it, he began to feel bloated and nauseous. Now, 3 hours later, he has begun vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Bloating

July 24 around 1 pm. I had a Turkey sub with pepper jack cheese, pickles and banana peppers. Husband ate the tuna fish with spinach, pepperjack cheese, olives. Each on herb and cheese bread.
