Did not realize till after taking a bite all the vegetables in burrito bowl and wraps had gone bad and spoiled, lettuce in wrap was wilted, tomatoes with greenish white spots etc.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Picked up a salad on the way home yesterday, about 2:00 pm. Ate around 3:00 pm, and a few hours later I was having great stomach distress, and then continual diarrhea for hours.
