Felt fine last night ate a grilled chicken sandwich with Kale salad. Woke up at 4am uncomfortable with stomach pains, those continued until throwing up at 9am. Extremely fatigued and headaches, can't stand/move for longer than 10 mins without feeling like I need to lay back down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue
