Ordered a chicken burrito bowl at chipotle from the Westerville location about 1pm yesterday (3/23) and later that day experienced food poisoning.
Items I ordered on the bowl: chicken, white rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, corn salsa, and hot salsa  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
