Update Oct 13th 2022: The Ohio Department of Agriculture announced Wednesday 12th on behalf of Bluffton Baking Co. that the company was recalling its pumpkin pie stuffed cheesecake cookies because of a possible link to salmonella illnesses. Allen County Public Health (ACPH) is investigating a potential Salmonella outbreak likely linked to baked goods prepared at a home bakery and distributed at establishments in Allen, Hancock and Putnam Counties.

ACPH was notified by Hancock County regarding a multi-county Salmonella outbreak with illness onsets currently ranging from Oct. 1-6, 2022. As of Monday, Allen County had 1 confirmed case. Chances of other counties being affected is possible.

The Wood County Health Department is currently investigating an E. Coli Outbreak in the County. This outbreak was informed at Thursday’s board of health meeting.

We have been sick with this in Wisconsin I think - kids and adults at school... I didn't actually throw up but many of my students have and my mom did also- It seems like we just get over it and then after a week or so it comes back around again.
