I had a veggie burger with burgerville spread instead of mayo and mustard and a large order of fries around 2:00pm. Had diarrhea around 6:30 and started getting nauseated around 7:00. Extremely nauseated at 7:50pm and feel like a bout to vomit. I haven't eaten anything since. Drank some tap water.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills

Family got food poisoning on 4/7/2026 at 9pm after eating at Taco Bell my two year old and husband went to the hospital for severe vomiting and dehydration. I have contacted the health department as well as corporate with evidence of their discharge papers as well as the receipt.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Dehydration

I got breakfast for my wife and daughter on 03/27/26 at around 8-9am. Wife had a stomach pain later around 3pm and got really ill but my daughter was fine, only because she had something else probably. My wife had been nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea and having severe stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
