May 9th, 2023 had 2 tacos from seaside Oregon taco bell. Within an hour was cramping then had bloody diarrhea. Hours later temporary partial blindness. Employee was impatient with my husband's ordering ( husband hard of hearing) so I almost wonder if it was intentional.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else

symptoms at all . My husband and I did. My husband started to have symptoms that night around 6:30 of diarrhea cramps chills and vomiting. . My symptoms started around 1 am on the 19th. And I had the same symptoms has my husband. We have been very weak all day can not keep anything down untill about now. Sorry for the TMI but our diarrhea smelled like fish and oil. And WE DID NOT HAVE ANY FISH. FOR A LONG TIME. LIKE MONTHS. I think the deep fryer oil was bad. so so sick. The next day is a blur however, I was so sick just the smell of food made me so sick. The flu is going around so the first thing was to blame the flu bug. Thurs. Morning my daughter started throwing up same symptoms, she also ate a burrito. My husband and grandson who also live with us have not gotten sick therefore we know we were poisoned by Taco Time food. This was one of the worst illnesses I’ve ever incurred. I’m 67 and thought I was going to die. Please do something to make sure more people don’t have to suffer this way, this is totally wrong for the public to have to suffer like this there is no excuse for this. Shame on you Taco Time for selling poison. Please make it right with the public and try to keep them safe. Rethink your hygiene and cooking methods I am now afraid to eat out and throughly discussed. Product is in 6.25 oz plastic bottles with the label Blues Hog Sweet and Savory Seasoning with a lot number of 034-363 and 034-364.

A supplier to Baron Spices, Inc sent a replacement ingredient and did not disclose that it included allergens. The replacement ingredient contained soy and wheat whereas the original product did not contain either allergen. Consumers who have purchased Blues Hog Sweet and Savory Seasoning should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
