Ate at 5 and woke up at 1am vomiting with diarrhea and headache. Dry heaves lasted for 7-8hrs. Told establishment and they were rude and stated it couldn't be them. Chicken and beef bento  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

June 25, 2019 - Had a Chicken Sandwich for lunch and have salmonella poisoning. Have been sick for over 3 weeks, treated with Cipro and Promehazine, with Probiotics.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
