Grabbed a happy meal for my 4 year old. Chicken nuggets, and french fries. At 6:45pm 5/16/18. He ate it all fine, was fine all night. Then woke up at 4am vomiting what looked like chicken nuggets and french fries, it even smelled just like McDonald’s. No fever. But can’t even hold water down now. | Symptoms: Vomiting
This is the second time this has happened to me in the past 6 months at that location. After I eat my food, I get an upset stomach and I later vomit. I decided to give that location a second try but it happened again and get... a turkey gyro. The time before that, I ate a market fresh turkey bacon ranch. I used to eat Arby’s all the time in the summer and I never had a problem. | Symptoms: Vomiting
