9/6/23 Pizza Hut pizza Received delivery pizza even after I have read warnings on Yelp and other review sites. Manager is rude and argued with me that I didn’t get sick from there. It’s all I ate so I’m sure of it. He called me names. The restaurant is filthy dirty!!

8/27/23 Pizza Hut Pizza Hut Quakertown. Dirty restaurant and even dirtier employees making and delivering the food. Ordered a small pepperoni pan pizza and throwing up since! Bad bad reputation. They need to close down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Cramps

I ate a bowl of lucky charms Thursday morning and starting Thursday evening and beyond I have had uncontrollable diarrhea and nausea.

I have to poop very often, but all I have is liquid the same consistency of pee that comes out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I too have been eating the cereal and get stomach queasy and upset stomach at times. Pain comes and goes for both me and my daughter. Order chicken tacos and a Diet Coke. Within 10 hours started getting stomach cramps, then started vomiting with fever 102.9. Within 72 hours fever broke. The stomach cramps are there. I lost two days of work. Luckily it is a long weekend.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
