Symptoms started approximately 2 hours after consumption. Symptoms were extreme stomach cramps, feeling nauseated and diarrhea non all night into today. As well as hot flashes followed by chills feeling as if you had to go but couldn't then all of the sudden you would have to dedicate. I literally haven't slept and was not able to all night because I would go to lay down and it would feel like I was being stabbed in the stomach and would get really light headed followed by a heat flash and chills. My son and I had bowel movements that went from soft to now water. And I wouldn't have thought it was the food if my daughter didn't eat with us. My daughter doesn't live with us and I haven't physically been around her since Thanksgiving so the fact that she is dealing with this too leaves me no doubt it was the meal. Never again my sons bday party a skating party is today and I feel as if I have a horrible stomach illness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills

Ordered the chicken/pollo pollo al pastor. That and the brown rice and hot salsa were the unique items to my order. I was only one who got sick. Rest of family was fine. Date food was consumed was Jun-12 evening, sick the next morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
