I eat chipotle semi frequently. The only other food I had after that was some herrs salt and vinegar chips and Gatorade zero. I went to go to bed around 10:30-11PM and when I got in bed I noticed my skins particularly my arms and legs were super sensitive to even the sheets rubbing up against me, then I noticed I started getting extremely cold and shivering. At about 1 I thought it was starting to calm down when all of a sudden I got a giant knot in my stomach and had to run to the bathroom while now profusely pouring sweat. I made it to the bath just in time to have diarrhea while simultaneously throwing up. Immediately after throwing up and going to the bathroom the fever (I assume) seemed to break and I stopped sweating and the knot in my stomach has relaxed. I currently  am back in bed still not feeling great but hopefully past the worst of it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Sweating, Nausea, Vomiting

Got yaki ramen with sweet potato and avocado sushi rolls and have terrible stomach cramps, dizziness, lightheadedness and nausea hours later. Didn't eat anything else different than usual. Continually having to use restroom to relieve pressure and pain in stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
