07/10/2026 14:23:37 Ordered a slice of Pepperoni Pizza, Consumed it in Sam's Club, after that drove home approximately 20 to 25 minutes later my bowels started to rumble, than Diarrhea didn't make it to the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My husband and i ate the exact same Club Supreme subs on Saturday afternoon and we both got violently ill the next day. We hade extreme nausea, diarrhea and vomiting for 24 hrs and i had a fever sunday night of 101. This was worse than any stomach bug i've ever had.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

After eating at firehouse subs (Italian sub) I got my nails done spent about three hours there (left at 4:30pm) when I got home I was feeling shaky nauseous a little off that was around 5pm. it is now 12am vomiting stomach pain shaky diarrhea and just not feeling well at all.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
