Yesterday March 24 2024 we ordered take out at 4 pm and both of us got sick hours later. We didn’t eat anything else that day other than our regular breakfast at home so we know it was chilis. We both had burgers and mashed potatoes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

1000 Island dressing and mayo. They were very light handed on the cheese and other ingredients. My husband said the people working that day did not look professional. Orange hair on on girl and others that were making the sandwiches looked like their personal hygiene needed work- greasy hair and unkept clothing/ appearance. That night I vomited violently six, yes, six times. It was the worst I have felt in my entire life and I am 42 years old. Bought avocados from here and delivered-product was from Mexico. Less than a day later of eating them at noon, started with uncontrollable diarrhea, fever, cramps, headache and nausea. The seal on the avocados say from Mexico EMP 074.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache

I ate yestrerday at 12:00 I had a Buffalo Chicken Salad with Blue Cheese and crumbles.  I started throwing up at 5:30 pm, and was up all night. just myself, ate at 12:00 noon, started getting sick at 5:30pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
