ain't shrimp scampi Friday night. Friday at midnight. I was vomiting and had bad diarrhea. Sunday night. I thought I would give it a try again and ate the Mediterranean chicken only half of it and same thing up all night vomiting and diarrhea. Great weekend! Ate chef salad and within hours I had severe muscle cramps in my stomach. Almost passed out on the toilet. It took hours to run through.
