Like many of the recent food poisoning reports here - I felt sick within 30 minutes of eating a chicken sandwich (deluxe) and fries. Horrible cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting. Have never felt so sick and so quickly.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Caesar Salad and Brisket. Consumed Friday 10/22 7pm. Vomiting began 11:00 pm. Also experienced painful gas, bloating, and diarrhea that night. Next day continued along with chills and sweating. Required urgent care, prescribed Phenergan. Lasted 2 days so far; most symptoms have resolved except dizziness and headache.
