I had a number one medium combo with everything on it and a side of fries. I also had a corn dog. I ate it around 2pm. Started to feel nauseous around 6:30PM, nausea worsened and around 9:00pm I had severe vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
