Bought 3 taco supreme for lunch at 11am. From 4pm on I began vomiting. A total of 6 times each time I tasted and burped taco bell. Then diarrhea. Its 10:40 pm now on the same day and I cant get off the toilet.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
