My stomach started hurting insanely bad ten minutes ago after eating it and then I went to the bathroom and the pain multiplied by like ten my whole body went numb and I felt nauseous finally after a extreme amount of pain and discomfort 20 min later I had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Numbness

I ate the food for lunch at work. I ordered it from DoorDash. After eating it I experienced diarrhea and stomach pain. I did not have these symptoms before consuming the chicken gravy and the clear noodle dish with diced egg  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
