I had the chicken strip platter with coleslaw and hush puppies as sides on Sunday Sep 21st at about 2:30pm. About 10:00 pm I became ill with severe vomitting and diarrhea. I also had BBQ about an hour and half earlier at a friends house but no one from that meal got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
