Picked up pizza around 7pm. By 9pm, very sick. Throwing up, diarrhea for hours. Terrible stomach pain. Have never experienced that type of illness in 54 years. 24 hrs later still having the stomach pain off and on.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
