My niece, daughter, and I all had severe food poisoning from this location for at least 48 hours from eating at Piada. Around 7pm three days prior we decided to eat at Piada. I ordered the Diavolo sauce while daughter and niece got the marinara red sauce.... See More Noticed both were near the last of the containers and whatever wasn’t scooped onto the noodles, the leftovers were poured and mixed into the new sauce. When confronting the manager of the illness they mentioned that it is standard procedure to pour the old leftover sauce into the new sauce to help not waste food. Standard procedures should also include not violating health codes when heating food longer than 4 hours by pouring previously heated food into newly heated food in which would contaminate the new heated batch. The manager advised we go to the hospital to confirm the food poisoning we received a couple of hours after consuming their food which included uncontrollable vomiting, diarrhea, fever, cold sweats, and inability to move for two complete days while not being able to retain fluids. On day three was able to gain enough strength to shower and drink fluids but still shakey and unable to eat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Sweating See Less

Had the brisket nachos with my husband Saturday, vomiting the next morning with severe stomach cramps, fever, diarrhea, most of which has lasted a whole week. The restaurant was dirty (floors, table, silverware), but we've always loved Fuzzy's and thought this one must be okay too. Mistake.... like any other friday night out, we went to there, little did we know our food had some devilish workers ready to infest our stomachs. my friend, or victim number one you might say, was targeted the morning after with a day of feeling sick. victim one... See More wanted to wake up to a nice cup of joe, but instead, barfed out what he had ate just hours earlier. for me, victim number two, it waited to brew inside of me. sunday morning i was visited with an unpleasant stomach ache accompanied by some nausea. the second i was welcomed by new home, aka my bathroom, it was coming out of my body like an exorcism out not one but both ends- at the same time i might add. it lasted for what i thought was two days, the joke was on me. a honey butter chicken biscuit i consumed innocently on that friday night had other plans. i went on with my usual activities, till it struck me again just a day later. i was using the bathroom every 5 minutes to release some hershey squirts in my, what i had hoped to be, my old and forgotten home (the bathroom.) it got so bad i had to visit the doctor, and i’m still suffering as a victim from the orange and white stripes days after. here has lost not only a friend, but someone who spent years of memories there. i’ve had covid, the flu, literally some of the worst illnesses, but nothing compared to the food poisoning that i got from here. apparently i’m not their only victim either, after vocalizing about my suffering and misery, many people told me the same thing (yet not quite as bad) has happen to them. in fact, both my mother and step mom have gotten food poisoning from other dallas locations in the last 6 years. despite food poisoning being so common at this fast food, it’s baffling that they’re still allowed to cause such pain and problems to their customers. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain See Less
