Had 2 tacos, nobody else in my family got sick but me, I was the only one who had lettuce in mine though. So I'm thinking it may not have been properly handled. I was sick all night and morning and had to call into work, I wont be eating there anymore.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a Dave's double at around 12am, went to sleep and woke up a couple of hours later with severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Won't be eating Wendy's again, as this is the second time this has happened.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
