Bought chicken strip and corn combo. Got a terrible case of diarrhea that last all night. The place is dirty. Cooks don't wear gloves. Front of restaurant staff walk in and out of kitchen and socialize with the kitchen staff and are not wearing gloves after working… See more

Tonight Bush's Chicken. 1226 W Bitters Rd, San Antonio, TX 78248 Ordered the chicken tenders, fries, sweet tea, cherry pie. Approximately 611pm delivery. Finished probably by 7pm. Felt bloated, nauseous and sick by 830 and vomited projectile at 910pm so far  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
