Ate green grapes bought from Lowe's and the next morning woke up with stomach cramps, later turned into severe stomach pain and cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Only vomited twice but diarrhea worsened as did the cramping. Going on 12 hours now since onset of cramping  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

this place is so run down, I knew I should not have ordered. When I pulled up, the back is a mess, there is trash everywhere, the burger tasted weird, so I only ate a few bites.
