Suspected source: Ate a shredded beef burrito at Cafe Rio. Staff looked sickly, food looked cold and old.

My husband and my son ate there we all got sick it’s not good all of our stomachs are sick it’s really bad this isn’t how we want to spend our Christmas I can’t leave the house to finish my shopping :(

I bought two salads, as shown on the receipt. The salad I ate was the CobSld Grl nug, and about two hours later I started feeling unwell. Three hours after that, I started vomiting. I didn't sleep at all that night and vomited a total of three times. I threw the other salad in the trash.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache
