also had bad diarrhea. I have lost so many fluids and am extremely dehydrated. Can’t walk to the bathroom or back to my bed because I’m so sick and dehydrated. I can’t walk because I almost pass out because of how bad the food poisoning is. It’s unfortunate that the workers must not have Done their job if their food is going bad and causing such a terrible illness. Fever, chills, extreme nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. My sisters ate at here on Saturday, April 23 - they both ordered the exact same thing: vegetarian Mexican Poutine. They’ve been violently ill and hospitalized. Bodily waste shooting from both ends, seeing stars, knocking on deaths door.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
