afternoon I felt sluggish & started to get a little diarrhea. By dinner time diarrhea became severe & I started vomiting, which continued all night. About 3am Terrible debilitating stomach cramps began.  All symptoms continued all of the next day, finally starting to subside well into the evening on the 3rd day.
