I got 10 nuggets, fries, and a Dr Pepper. I didn’t even eat half because I wanted to puke immediately. I’ve never had this problem here. But there staff is always rude and they forget/mess up orders all the time. It’s getting to be ridiculous.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I bought a spicy chicken last night and when I ate it and around 5am I woke up with stomach pains and I woke having the urge to throw up and having diarrhea over and over and I dont even feel good at all  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
