A few hours ago, 12:30-1p 5/20/23, I bought a Chicken Fajita panini with the recommended condiments and pepper. I also got jalapeño poppers, and my partner got a pizza croissant. See More suddenly had painful cramps that reminded me of menstrual cramps but I recently had my period so it couldn’t be that. Luckily I was home and could take off my clothes as I started sweating on top of experiencing painful cramps. Poop talk; my bowel movements are usually efficient but this time nothing was exiting my body as I endured the cramps. Finally, around 3:05p I had diarrhea.
