Hit me last night and didn't really eat anything else after the chicken pot pie the night before. I think it was the chicken pot pie Years ago I had a Marie Callendars TV dinner and I wound up in the ER. Plastered my whole bathroom in... See More Pepto and my neighbor said she eats the pot pies all the time. So I said okay, I'm sick and she is just fine. Upset and sour stomach but no nausea | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less

I've been food poisoned from this location now twice. This latest was on Feb 8th. Bought a French dip. Had diarrhea the next 24 hours and stomach pain. The time before that was two months ago. I was throwing up and had flu symptoms for 24 hrs.... See More This began a few hours after eating. I reported the vomiting to this place, hoping that they would solve the issue in house; however, with this latest sickness they clearly are not fixing the problem. Sandwiches are always cold. If you check Google Maps Reviews, it's clear why. Most people spend 20-30 mins waiting in the drive thru line. I don't like being sick, but I can't be the only one if it's now happened to me twice. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain See Less

Ate a sausage croissant and I have been having diarrhea all day since then. | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less

Today , I started getting stomach cramps within an hr after eating food from there. | Symptoms: Cramps, Diarrhea See Less

Had nuggets from a school lunch, after finishing I began to have stomach pain. I took tums but it didn't help. I had to constantly use the restroom, and it was until around 3 hours after I ate the nuggets that I vomited. I vomited twice, though... See More the pain didn't go away, so I had to go to the hospital. At the hospital I drank some water, and a couple minutes after began to vomit constantly without stopping until I had absolutely nothing left in my stomach. I don't know what they put in those nuggets but I'll never eat one again,,,

Update: Im doing okay now, but i don't quite remember what school it was. I do have a very weak stomach so I think that it wasn't entirely the foods fault, but that I have a weak stomach. My mom had already reported this incident to the school though so I'm hoping they take action and serving food with more caution and be more clean | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness

Omelet I got sick, no one else ate. It was approximately 6 hours after I ate when I got sick. I'm on day 2 and feeling pretty bad
I had an omelet 6/19/2021, there. A few hours later, I was violently ill, with food poisoning symptoms. Vomiting,... See More diarrhea, weakness, and a headache. Need to tighten up on your food handling before you kill someone. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness See Less

Seattle & King County Public Health announced that they are investigating an outbreak of norovirus-like illness with vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, and chills linked with Mazatlan Restaurant in Auburn, WA.

A group of 13 people from one party reported symptoms of norovirus after eating on May 21st. No hospitalizations or death are reported at this time. People reported eating there on May 21, 2021. The investigation is ongoing.

Norovirus is very contagious and is easily transmitted from person to person most through the oral/fecal route. Considering that hand sanitizer does NOT work against this virus, it is important to wash your hands with soap. Use bleach to clean and disinfect surfaces.

In case you are experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, and chills symptoms, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance.
