Severe diarrhea soon after eating a chicken pot pie. It cooked for almost an hour in the oven so I know it was done. Stomach cramps started about an hour after eating then diarrhea in the next half hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Ate a #12 from this store and it was the only thing I ate on Monday July the 14th, 8 hours later and for 24 hours after I was vomiting and had diarrhea. The sandwich tasted very dried out when I ate it but didn’t think anything about it at the time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache

I ate a good amount of Cilantro and Lime Bitchin Sauce, with tortilla chips and about an hour later, had the worst stomach pain of my life? I have now proceeded to throw up twice. I haven't eaten much else of anything else other than this.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
