I went to this location on last Monday, early noon for lunch and within 3-6 minutes of eating them. I immediately came down with a severe headache and I was sick to my stomach. My headache lasted 8-9 hours and I was extremely painful.

Sunday around 630pm we ordered a large pepperoni pizza along with garlic twists and baked cheese dip. Immediately I noticed something off and said to my husband that the pizza, more specifically the pepperoni, tasted weird. About 930-10pm, my oldest began vomiting and had severe stomach cramps.... See More Around 1130pm my husband began to vomit and had diarrhea prior to and after many times of vomiting. Mine didn’t hit until about 240am and then my younger son’s hit abut 430am. I am certain it had to be the pizza because my son had a friend over and he did not eat with us and still has never gotten sick, at all. I had nothing left to throw up after the 3rd time so I spent numerous times at the toliet with my body trying to force vomit out. We all did not start feeling better until probably 4pm the next day. It’s been 4 days since we ate it and I still have not gained full appetite back, and now my 3 year old is showing same symptoms(his began yesterday evening). Don’t think we will ever be able to eat there again ☹️ | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps See Less

I was in West Virginia for a funeral I ordered from my hotel. July 20th 2019 about 9 pm . I ordered the sirloin Steak, baked potato, salad and dumplings. It was a lot of food I couldn't finish it all, but I ate over half my... See More steak. The next morning I woke up with severe stomach cramps and nausea. I was miserable the entire day during the funeral, and on my drive home to Ohio. I had to stop many times on the way home to use the restroom. It was horrible, and it still continues today.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps See Less

Ate a few bites of a fish sandwich (was not all that good, so stopped), then ate a single cheeseburger with bacon. A few hours later, got abdominal cramps and nausea, followed soon after by severe cold sweats and terrible diarrhea so bad I nearly passed out.... See More After several rounds of that, I then threw up 3 times. Then back to the sweats and extreme diarrhea. Sweats ended but very bad diarrhea continued through Monday morning. Could not eat or drink hardly anything at all until Monday afternoon. All this caused severe dehydration and headaches, with some issues continuing all the way through mid day Tuesday. It is now Wednesday evening and I still don't feel well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Headache, Sweating, Stomach Pain See Less

The restaurant seemed rather clean but I haven't been back since. I ordered a plain spicy chicken sandwich. I repeat, nothing but bread and meat. I thought I was being careful. It tasted a bit different than usual but I assumed it was just a bit over... See More seasoned. That sure as heck was a mistake. After several hours I began feeling worse and worse. My family after growing concerned of how I was feeling and where I had gone found me laying in the back of my van. I had stumbled back there after my chills and fever told me to find some place hot. While there I became convinced that it was the place I would die. I really scared my family because I hadn't cried in 10 years but sobbed uncontrollably on the ride to the hospital. After some initial examination they left me to the waiting room where I sat there shivering for several hours. After a time and many unpleasant trips to the bathroom I began to feel better. At that point it was around 3 am and after some time of insistence I convinced my family that we leave. I will never eat at another Wendy's in my entire life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills See Less
