Approximately 6 hours after eating Spicy McChicken sandwich from McDonald's I began having horrible stomach cramps, explosive watery diarrhea and so much projectile vomiting that I am now vomiting bile. I did not have mayo on the sandwich.

I went to this location on last Monday, early noon for lunch and within 3-6 minutes of eating them. I immediately came down with a severe headache and I was sick to my stomach. My headache lasted 8-9 hours and I was extremely painful.

Around 1130pm my husband began to vomit and had diarrhea prior to and after many times of vomiting. Mine didn’t hit until about 240am and then my younger son’s hit abut 430am. I am certain it had to be the pizza because my son had a friend over and he did not eat with us and still has never gotten sick, at all. I had nothing left to throw up after the 3rd time so I spent numerous times at the toliet with my body trying to force vomit out. We all did not start feeling better until probably 4pm the next day. It’s been 4 days since we ate it and I still have not gained full appetite back, and now my 3 year old is showing same symptoms(his began yesterday evening). After several rounds of that, I then threw up 3 times. Then back to the sweats and extreme diarrhea. Sweats ended but very bad diarrhea continued through Monday morning. seasoned. That sure as heck was a mistake. After several hours I began feeling worse and worse. My family after growing concerned of how I was feeling and where I had gone found me laying in the back of my van. I had stumbled back there after my chills and fever told me to find some place hot. While there I became convinced that it was the place I would die. I really scared my family because I hadn't cried in 10 years but sobbed uncontrollably on the ride to the hospital. After some initial examination they left me to the waiting room where I sat there shivering for several hours. After a time and many unpleasant trips to the bathroom I began to feel better. At that point it was around 3 am and after some time of insistence I convinced my family that we leave. The product has not been exported. This recall does not affect any other Maketū Pies brand products. Customers are asked to check the batch and date mark on the front of the packaging.
