Went to applebee’s at 4:30 pm and ordered a 3 patty houseburger. Upon completing my meal 2 hours later at 6:30 pm I had diarrhea nausea vomiting sore body and no way of keeping fluids down. Applebee’s gave me food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

From the chicken. I had a chicken bowl with rice on Friday night. Saturday morning I was throwing up and then I threw up all day until 9pm. I finally was able to keep something down around 11pm Saturday night. Worst pain/food poisoning I’ve ever had.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
