Went in on Wednesday march 25th, around 12pm into food court had a hot dog 2 slice of pizza and a coffee latte freeze. When arriving home I came down with serious stomach aches and diarrhea leading to chills and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

3/26/26 8pm We both ate different dishes at Panda Express on Montfort Drive at Beltline in Dallas. Few hours later we both became ill with nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. We're still sick the next day, but a little better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I went yesterday to pick up an order of wings my daughter ordered online, my son and I ate wings and I drank a soda, today we woke up with diarrhea, cramps, stomach ache.
