Details: July 7,2018 7 pm Ate 1 McChicken & 1 grilled snack Wrap both with shredded Lettuce on it. In less than 5 hours both my son & I were nauseous, had splitting headaches, muscle spasms and vomiting with incredible cramps. We were sick for over 24. Also the restaurant service took over 25 minutes at the drive thru window from time of order and you could hear them complaining about staff.

Details: Same day as my step son got sick from his Big Mac (7/16/18), I got a fever, nausea, vomiting from eating a 10 piece nuggets, fries, and a Coke. Not sure what's going on at this location, but something isn't right. Lived in this town for 30 years.

Details: Me and my boyfriend came here. And I got the Chicken tenders with Fries and he got McNuggets. He felt a bit off for a day. Didn’t get super sick or anything though just some mild nausea. me? I had terrible nausea and stomach Cramps and chills for 24 hours straight!!! Didn’t have any diarrhea or puking but I probably would’ve felt better quicker if I did! Never eating at McDonald’s again... and it’s not just this one it’s any of them! I’ve been giving them too many chances and every time I go I end up sick, I’m tired of it!

Details: Myself and a neighbor each had a Big Mac, fries, and a soda. Ate just before noon. Both started experiencing gastrointestinal pain around 4pm. Neighbor began vomitting shortly after. Both of us are still experiencing fever, headache, and continued gastrointestinal distress.
