Symptoms: Diarrhea Nausea Vomiting

Details: Double chicken BBQ , Ate around 9am in the McDonald’s in Naples airport. Double Chicken BBQ meal with a Strawberry milkshake. Began to feel sick on the plane about 4/5 hours later. 6/7 hours later the vomiting began and continued until about 11pm.
