Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. recalled fresh Cauliflower Rice, Veggie Cauliflower Rice Blend and Stir-Fry Mix with Cauliflower products out of caution after being notified by Produce Packaging, Inc, supplier of the products, that they may have been contaminated with E.Coli. According to the recall notice, these products were sold in the produce department between 12/7/18 and 12/18/18. No illnesses have been reported linked to this recall.
If you have purchased this product, throw it away or return it to the place of purchase. The recalled products were distributed to Wegmans stores in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts.
