The FDA published a recall of five-pound bags of Gold Medal Unbleached All-Purpose Flour by General Mills. No illnesses have been reported so far.

According to the FDA, the recall initiated after sampling of the five-pound bag product resulted positive for E. coli O26 on one of the five-pound bag product.
All of the recalled products have a use-by date of September 15, 2020. The only affected products are the Gold Medal Unbleached All-Purpose 5LB Flour packages with the following code UPC 016000 196100. The company advises consumers that purchased any of these products, not to eat them and discard them.
