Iwaspoisoned to Speak at the Western Growers 99th Annual Meeting

Oct 20, 2025

IWaspoisoned is participating in and speaking at the Western Growers 99th Annual Meeting, taking place November 9–12, 2025, at the Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, California. The Annual Meeting brings together top growers, shippers, processors, and industry allies for meaningful networking and forward-thinking dialogue.

Representing nearly 2,400 members across California, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico-producers who collectively supply over half of the nation's fresh fruits, vegetables, and tree nuts, Western Growers stands as the most influential and authoritative voice in Western US agriculture. This conference is where the industry's most critical decisions on everything from labor policy and international trade to cutting-edge AgTech innovation are discussed and shaped, making it the essential venue for anyone serious about the future of food production.

Iwaspoisoned is participating as a panelist in the featured session on “AI & Food Safety,” a discussion dedicated to discovering how AI is reshaping food safety in this engaging panel featuring four expert voices from across the industry. Panelists will explore the promises and pitfalls of applying predictive, descriptive, and generative tools to agriculture and food safety systems. They will discuss lessons learned, the power of private datasets versus the limits of public data, and how poor-quality inputs can skew results. Attendees will walk away with insights on adopting AI strategies that strengthen grower operations and improve business outcomes.

We encourage all professionals connected to the agricultural and food sectors, including growers, producers, innovators, and industry partners, to attend this year’s meeting and be part of the dialogue.
