A voluntary recall of the "Premo" and "Fresh Grab " Ham & Cheese Wedge Sandwiches was issued by Lipari Foods because of the possible contamination of Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported linked to this recall to date.

FDA advises consumers who have purchased these recalled products not to consume them. These products were distributed to food service and retail stores in FL, IA, IN, KY, MD, MI, OH, PA, TN, WV, WI. The list of recalled products is the following:
- Premo Wedge Ham & Cheese on Wheat. UPC: 612510002001. Best by date: 10/17/19
- Fresh Grab Wedge Ham & Cheese on Wheat. UPC: 612510002001. Best by date: 10/17/19
