Symptoms: Diarrhea Fever Nausea Vomiting

Details: Contaminated lemons in water, I had dinner with family at Sat 430pm , the only thing I had different was the lemon Wedges in my water , 830ish I felt bloated very full.... woke up at 1230am and it al began lasted til 1030 am ....flu like symptoms but more severe vomiting and stomach pain counties Monday 11am still in bed.
